Look who came to class few weeks ago:
Yeap! My niece Michelle and Denine’s niece Leyla are learning to crochet. Leyla came few times last year when she learned single crochet, chain stitch and double crochet. She made two little monsters in single crochet. Then school started and we have not seen her, but during the summer she have been coming every week. She is doing such a great job! She learned adjustable ring technique and working in rounds. Right now she is making a baby bunny from my pattern. Hopefully she will finish it very soon, but for now there is a picture of mine:
Michelle also started last year, but I guess she was to young and not as driven to crochet, she did just few rows of single crochet. But this year, following Leyla’s example, she cannot wait to crochet. She is making a little monster, and already done with the body. I will take pics of it later.
