I bought the book Crochet On–Skein Wonders. I’m trying to make a pair of A Star Is Born Booties and can not figure out the Star st Is there a video on how to make these booties? Help Thank-You Debbie

      Hi Debbie,

      isn’t it a great book :)?

To answer your question, there are a lot of videos explaining how to do a star stitch on youtube. Here is a link to one of them.

In a nut shell it’s very similar to what I was explaining in the pattern. There are some minor differences, especially because videos show how to crochet star stitch when working flat and booties are made in the round. I would recommend practicing with the video and then trying to work the stitch based on the instructions in the book.

      Good luck,

      Anastasia
