5 Random things about me

  1. I majored in forensic science – molecular biology (DNA analysis) and in soil science. I am an Analytical Chemist by day.
  2. I was born and raised in Russia and came to the US in 2003.
  3. I move  a  lot.  In 7 short years I lived in 4 different states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey (5 different counties).
  4. I never was a cat person, but then I saw this little thing. She had me at a “mew”. So now I am a proud owner of spoiled Russian Blue.  Miley supervises most of my crocheting, and in charge of de-stashing my yarn supply.
  5. I have been known to design while watching Bones.  I absolutely love this show and as strange as this sounds it inspires me to design.
